If your dog knows the verbal and visual down cues can she be positioned to drop and stay on the mat and then build duration and distractions?
I use the phrase ‘into bed’ when we go to bed and settle at home at night. Would that be an appropriate verbal cue anytime and any place I want her to lay down and settle on her mat during the day?
